I've used this mouse for a little over 5 years when I first built my pc. I use it for gaming, surfing, some design editing, and it has worked wonders. At the time I wanted a nice looking mouse that looked well made and had decent dpi for gaming. Buying it from newegg, I couldn't hold it or try it out. I got it in the mail and it looked great and actually matched my rosewill keyboard perfect. Sortly after I built the pc, I got a bigger bed and had to move around my set up and get rid of the chairs in my bedroom. So, I gamed from my bedside. The issue with this is I had to use the mouse on my knee, a book, my pants, the bed, a blanket, a pillow, anything I could find. To my amazement, it worked wonders for years. The real treat for this mouse is how well made it is. You can feel it that it isn't a generic twenty dollar mouse like you find at most stores. I can attest to this to the constant bumping and dropping of it I did. I'd say 4 to 5 times a day I'd drop this mouse onto the floor, car parts, weights, anything under it. It had 1 chip from dropping it on the cement moving my pc to someone's house. It still looks great and functions great. The only reason I am replacing it is because after 5 years of abuse constant gaming, internet surfing, and graphic design, the left click went out. This isn't really a big issue, as most mice I have used in this price range barely last a year from average use. This mouse has made me a Logitech fan as I found all of their products from cheap to expensive work great. The size of the mouse was a concern as I have medium to large sized hands, but since I was using it from all different angles it is quite universal. I held it a little forward where expected, but it is really comfortable and light to maneuver. I went searching for another in stores, but couldn't around here and I didn't want to wait, so I replaced it with a Logitech M305. I usually don't like wireless due to the weight and size(either too big and weird to hold, or too small). We will see if Logitech surprises me yet again.
