Pros Excellent in functionality and physical design & size.
Cons Ultimately poor in battery life; Side programmable button is too far to be reached by the thumb (no good for right handed user).
Pros Sleek-looking mouse with nice and comforable rubber-like grips on its sides. The matte surface is great for preventing fingerprint smudges and grease, giving it a clean look and feel.
Cons Very poor battery performance.
Summary The package promises 10+ months of battery life, but within my 1 month of owning this mouse, I have changed its batteries 3 TIMES. I turn off the mouse when im not using it and I use it for only 2-3 hrs a day for surfing the net. I do not use it for games or anything which may have caused the severe depletion of its battery life. My previous Microsoft mouse was on battery as well and each battery lasted at least 6 months for me then. Do not buy this product unless you are planning to have rechargable batteries in this.
Pros It works on every surface i've tried it on, it's receiver is tiny and won't be a nuisance , and it comes in a large assortment of colors. And the button on the side is neat!
Cons The scroll wheel is a bit too slippery for me, but some people like smoother scrolls.
Summary This mouse is the best one i've ever tried, i'd recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a mouse.
Pros Fantastic performance, completely programmable, wonderful feel and weight.
Cons Transreceiver short circuits, leaves you high and dry. Cheap looking, cheep materials
Summary I absolutely loved this mouse until the transreceiver heated up in the USB port. I was able to return for another try and the second transreceiver short circuited as well. The Logitech Anywhere MX is my new love, but costs twice as much!
Pros Less than none
Cons cheap feel, horrible responsiveness, jerky
Total mouse failure due to any number of reasons after a short time - buttons stop working, scroll stops working, laser stops working, wheel stops working, ALL OF THE ABOVE
Summary Buy Logitech
M5 series for $
M7 for extra nice
MX for the best mice you'll find anywhere. <-that's PERIOD after that one
You'll need to buy 5 MS wireless mice (due to mouse failure) for every 1 logitech m5/7 series and 10 or much more for every MX series. You're likely to be able to donate your working logitech MX series to your great, great grandchildren when you're 90 (assuming your just now entering kindergarten)
