"Terrible. All three I had broke within 3 weeks to 3 months. Waste of money and patience." on by Pantalaimion
Pros: It works great for about a week
Cons: Terrible mouse. Unreliable after 3 weeks, almost guaranteed to break.
Summary: I've gone through three of these. The first one lasted quite well - worked a full 3 months or so. The second one would lag and would stop fully responding, which was annoying. Even after a battery change and tests on many different computers, it just wouldn't respond fully. It you tried to click, the click would go through once every 5 times, and moving the curser was just impossible as it would recieve only for a few seconds before not responding for a while again.
The third one - less luck. It worked well for about 3 weeks, then it just went down the drain like all the others.
I'd strongly suggest staying away from this mouse. Sure, it's comfortable, but unless you want to stock up on them, you'll find yourself mouse-shopping every few weeks. -
"I beg to differ" on by CM90
Pros: According to CNET, this mouse has a three foot range, but my own experience with it begs to differ. I have used it at about a six foot range, and it functions just fine; and unless you're pounding it with a hammer, it's not going to break easily.
Cons: The only complaint I have about this mouse is the USB reciever is a little long.
Summary: It's an excellent mouse for the price, even though I got mine for free.

"Great for the average Home User" on by ipod59874
Pros: No lagging, Receiver fits into the bottom, great battery life
Cons: No horizontal scroll
Summary: It's a great product for the mobile laptop user who still wants the comfort of a mouse. The battery slips right into the mouse itself. If you look at the picture there is an oval shaped button with a red symbol of some sort. You push that an the part of the mouse with the microsoft logo pops off and you put in 1 AA battery. I would not reccomend rechargable. The battery life is pretty good. Receiver fits into the bottom and automatically shust of the battery in the mouse.

"Great at first..." on by threatmantic
Pros: Well, it worked for almost a year.
Colorful
Easy to installCons: Paint does chip off if you use it a lot
The receiver doesn't turn green right awaySummary: I am a college student and I do not like to use the track pad on my laptop. So I bought this because: A) it was Microsoft and B) it was pink. I do like my mouse very much...however after using it for over a year, problems occur. The biggest one is the green light on the receiver doesn't turn on when I plug it in right away and you have to plug and unplug it SEVERAL times to get it to work. Worst yet, it'll stop working sometimes at the slightest bump of you hand.) and then... yeah same process. Bottom line: If your on your laptop 24/7 or travel a lot wear occasionally your in a tight spot...don't get it. You will get annoyed.

"Excellent choice for minimalist mousework" on by buddy1065
Pros: The dongle fits under the mouse and shuts it off.
Cons: Scrolling is fine but I prefer smooth, not notched.
Summary: This is one of the best mice I have ever used. Works fine in Bootcamp Windows XP or Mac OSX without any software at all. Battery is supposed to last about 6 months. For a minimalist like me who does not need a bunch of buttons to hit accidentally, this mouse is perfect. I dont intend to operate my C2D Macbook Pro 30 feet away; why should I? I have a remote for that. Plus it works instantly; it doesn't sleep like my old Microsoft BT mouse, or be "discovered" like BT in order to work. I don't have to remove the battery when travelling. Perfect, perfect, perfect and cute.
