"Like Buttah"
Pros: Super accurate!! Super fast!! Super smooth!! Buttery ergonomics for right handers!!! Lots of convenient buttons!! MAC COMPATIBLE!!!!!!
Cons: The only cons I could possibly think of are the fact that it takes up another socket rather than charging from the USB port, and it's pricey
Summary: Let me begin by saying, no I do not personally own this product. However, I had one ordered for my power mac at work, and I love it. It just shipped today so I can't give any long term feedback but my first impressions are nothing but positive. In terms of accuracy and speed it just destroys the stock Apple mouse it replaces, there's just no contest. In fact, the gap of performance between a regular optical mouse and this laser mouse is MORE than the gap between an optical mouse and a ball mouse, it is that good. I must admit, I didn't think it possible for a mouse to be that much better than other mice, but this is seriously the real deal. It doesn't have the adjustable resolution that the G5 and G7 have but I use photoshop on a 20" mac screen and the fixed resolution on the MX1000 works fine for me. It's expensive but definitely worth the price!!
