"Good hardware - terrible software"
Pros: Accurate, ergonomic mouse
Cons: Terrible drivers that don't work in Vista
Summary: This is an example of a company that has put 90% of its effort into making good hardware and 10% into creating software to run it. I just spent three hours trying to update the driver. This is truly a shame.
