"A great step up from my logitch"
on by RetriraverPros -low cost
-dpi settings
-looks good on my desk
-ergonomic design
-accuracy and precisenessCons -This clicking sound it makes when you click it makes it sound cheap, which is a letdown because the mouse itself doesn't seem cheap at all.
-I would rate it a 5/5 but I've only had it for 2 days.Summary -Seem very lightweight which makes it easy to maneuver.
-Glides on my mouse pad smoothly
-rapid fire is pretty awesome when using single click fire guns in fps games
-the on-the-fly dpi setting is absolutely fantastic.
-the responsiveness and preciseness is also fantastic
-the design is great. Believe it or not I like it more than any other mouse I've owned -fits in my hand perfectly (average sized male hand), buttons placed in intuitive positions
-led showing what dpi you are currently in and lightup wheel showing what rapid fire you are currently using (some people complained about the lights... It's definetly not an issue whatsoever for me.
-wire connection gives this mouse instant response on screen
-no software required. all it's features work instantly on my windows 7 beta pc
-usb plug rather than the old mouse plug
This mouse is awesome. I bought this to replace my logitech wireless mouse. I play COD:MW2 and it seriously made a big difference. My friend informed me that the lag of a wireless mouse can bring down performance on fps games. He was right. This thing is super precise. The dpi settings are just fantastic. I can change my dpi to 2400 and do crazy maneuvers in planes playing BF2, then when I'm on the ground I change it to 1600dpi and its super fast but not too fast.
I have no idea why people bag on items that aren't top-of-the-line. This mouse performs like a $100 gaming mouse and I paid only $40.00 for it. I tried out a logitech gaming laser mouse once and took it back because it seemed really heavy and clunky. This is lightweight and you can move it around super easy. I'd recommend this mouse to anyone who wants outstanding performance. If you were playing against someone with a $150.00 razor gaming mouse, you'd have no disadvantage at all.
