"One of the best value USB Mics with awesome results" on by redshifter
Pros: The only THX certified mic on the planet. Delivers better sound capture through 3-capsule condenser array - has zero latency response to headsets- 4 directional settings
Cons: Handling noise is seen when connected to a regular mic stand - does not come with a shock mount - the condenser capsules could have been internally shock mounted - not a big deal in my experience.
Summary: At prices being offered at deep discounts now, the value this mic offers is just awesome - It is featured on my Top Five Microphones list

* Well-Built
* No-latency headphone jack that also allows you to route monitor through if you want

"Astounding Bang For Buck" on by boratcrushyou
Pros: Sound quality, build quality, versatility
Cons: size, weight
Summary: This microphone is dirt simple to set up and get great recordings from. enough said. This microphone would be a bargain at 250 dollars. in the 150 dollar range this microphone is an absolute STEAL. Also, my model had no THX branding, but seemed much more solid than the reviewed microphone (for instance, my knobs have no jiggle whatsover and the whole thing feels really solid).

"Great Mic using for drums and small jazz combo group." on by Hogan132
Pros: Nice sound, really deep or low range recording, nice build (I see no problem with the knobs. I have really enjoyed the mic. It's motivating me to want to sound better and helping me improve by delivering nice sound quality bad to be that doesn't lye.
Cons: I have one complaint, I want the gain to go lower. I need it to be less sensitive for the drums. I have the gain turn all the way down and the drums still cut through and with the right volume a little distortion in the high range.
Summary: I would recommend this mic for anyone who doesn't want to break the band and it looking for a nice feed mic mic to hear what you sound like. Any voice over/pod-caster out there that wants a nice mic, BUY THIS ONE (and a pop-blocker) and you will have a great time with the highest sound quality available in USB mics. Any Big Bands, combo groups, have the mic a ways a way from the sound and the gain turn way down and you can get by with a 6 out of 10 for sound quality (10 being studio.) Have fun.

"Great sound... When it actually works!" on by TheIronHayden
Pros: Crystal clear sound quality and array's are a cool feature
Cons: NEVER. WORKS. I have to have it angled just right or my computer will not recognize it (Tested on several computers, all do the same thing)
Summary: I would like this product more if I could actually use it, I'm a musician and I use it for recording guitar. But whenever I have it set up to go it malfunctions then I have to move it to my desk, unplug it and plug it back in, move it back to my amp and it malfunctions again! Also every metal object in my room now shocks me when it's plugged in. My computer, The metal frames on my desk, The mic itself EVERYTHING! There is something seriously wrong with this product and I wouldn't even bother to give it one and a half if it wasn't for the great sound quality. In short, Want a great sounding microphone that wants to kill you? THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU!
