Pros: when it works it is okay
Cons: non-quality PIECE OF EQUIPMENT
Review: Lead singer works only for a limited time before the device starts to have problems. The wireless mic is made of cheap materials and will fail after a short while, the main mic has problems after a while too. The unit either burns out or fails to power-up. It also has a cheap plastic casing that makes the buttons fail after a time. Rattling can be heard as pieces inside become lose and fall apart. Working with Customer service is a night-mare. They are not sure how to run their own business it seems. Customer service reps have no authority to do anything with out talking to a manager, in an office with a minimal amount of people. There is no way to reach anyone else with authority. NIGHTMARE! The Lead singer only comes with a minimal amount of songs with the mic, and then you need to purchase additional expensive song chips where they really make their money. A more durable system is "Magic Sing" which comes with thousands of songs and is as good if not better than lead singer. Compare and you will see that lead singer is the lower system out there.
