When you turn on the convection oven you will hear very loud grinding noises (like metal on metal). I purchased two of them and they both had the same problem. Samsung will correct it by sending out a technician, but it has been very inconvenient at at our cost to uninstall and reinstall, TWICE!
Not cool Samsung.
