    Pros: Good looking and good microwave.

    Cons: Bad grinding (breaking) sound when you turn on the convection oven.

    Summary: When you turn on the convection oven you will hear very loud grinding noises (like metal on metal). I purchased two of them and they both had the same problem. Samsung will correct it by sending out a technician, but it has been very inconvenient at at our cost to uninstall and reinstall, TWICE!

    Not cool Samsung.

    Ours did the same thing...it sounded like a loose piece of metal at first and then there is a grinding sound....now, the heating elements have stopped working and three parts have been replaced as of now and it STILL does not work...
