"Overly Expensive"
0.5 starson by poppadkPros: Fits over the range.
Cons: Many, many desugb fkaws.
Summary: The wire racks, which are essential to the cooking process, are designed badly. First, the bottom rack is too small to fit correctly on the ceramic base. At least one leg is always out of the track which causes the rack to tilt. A tilted rack with hot food like sauces on it can be dangerous. Second, the racks all have rubber tips that come off easily. It is very easy to lose one. Replacement tips cannot be purchased. If you lose a tip you have to buy an entire rack. A tip can't cost more than a few cents, the rack costs several dollars. In the four months I have owned the microwave, I have lost two tips...you do the math. I wonder, is this really a design flaw or was it done so J&J international, the parts supplier, could literally rip off the consumer? You pay over 500 dollars for the oven in the first place and then you are going to be nickeled and dimed to death for as long as you own it. BEWARE
