"Alot of Trouble" on by rmr797
Pros: Love the space. Tons of room for hauling and the sliding doors are the most excelent thing about this car. So easy to get to a car seat and get the kids in and out
Cons: Since I purchased this car 2 years ago, the power steering and shocks have both gone out on me and have had to be replaced. None of the parts are available and take months to get. The tire pressure light is a big pain in the butt.
Summary: I love the oustides, but hate the insides.

"DON"T BUY ANY MAZDA VEHICLE" on by sanjain71
Pros: Piece of ****
Cons: I am an existing Mazda MPV 2006 owner. Don't waste your time buying any Mazda vehicle.
Summary: The company will discontinue just about any model and you will have a tough time finding parts for your vehicle. Values in the used car market fall drastically when vehciles are discontinued. You will literally get nothing back for your vehicle. Save yourself some money by going for some other reputed brand that will not go away.

"A lot of car for the money." on by fredlave
Pros: Great gas mileage, very roomy interior, peppy engine. very good fit and finish and excellent handling.
Cons: CD player does not accept MP3s, tinted windows not an available option, lacks backup proximity alarm system, has very low ground clearance which may be a problem on snow covered roads.
Summary: We bought this car off the dealer's lot a month ago when the fuel pump in my wife's 1994 Jeep Cherokee died and it cost too much to repair. We immediately drove it from Fargo to New Jersey and back. Highway gas milage is great, approaching 30 MPG and the handling was surprising good, especially in New Jersey traffic and while driving on I 80 through the Pocono Mountains in a downpour. It has plenty of power for day to day driving and is very comfortable on long trips. We found that the "Auto" setting for the air conditioning worked well. When winter comes and the snow flies we'll be able to test its handling on snow and ice and the adequacy of its heater. So far it has been very satisfactory.
I've owned this car for 9 months and its been through a North Dakota winter. It handles well on snowy streets, the heater is very adequate and the heated seats are great - just what you need while the motor warms up and the outside temperature is -20ºF.

"Really is my mini-mini" on by toskeysam
Pros: Mileage is well above EPA estimate. Plenty of power for my needs. Went into the "market" looking for something to carry me (and my golf clubs) around. Fits my needs perfectly. Fit and finish were flawless.
Cons: Just remembered one complaint...no MPG computer..!!! Quite an oversight, given the power of the chips under the hood. Have to use the MPG computer under my hair.
Summary: I have a '06 Grand Caravan for "heavy" travel. Wanted something with room, but better mileage for local (within 250 miles of home).. I decided to keep the Caravan, but drive the "mini" mini 80% of the time now. It is still in the honeymoon phase for me, but frankly I look forward to driving it. Handles great, plenty of pep, Sirius a plus, well thought out interior features. Lots of little features, extra storage. Looking forward to grandkids in back. I talk to my grandkids, so I don't want or need video in back. Pleasant experience all around!
