Summary: I don't even know where to begin to tell my horrifying experience with Clear customer service. I had 3 months of average signal until my device stopped connecting to the internet at all. Yet what upsets me the most is not the lack of connectivity, it is how much the company don't give a darn thing about your lack of service. To keep a long story short, everyone there from managers to customer service reps to tech support to sales, they either lie to get money from you or stall with bs answers just to get you off their back. After days of calling and trying to get help, I finally managed to cancel my service while paying penalty charges and also NOT getting a refund for the duration of time that I did not have service. Telling my full story would take up too much room here but please do not give this fraudulent company a chance just because you read one good review somewhere. Once you start to experience a problem with the service, and I guarantee you will it's just a matter of time, then you are nothing but a nuisance to them. They don't even care if you threaten to cancel the service because you will go through hell before you can even reach someone who is willing to cancel for you.
