very bad customer support.Summary: I tried clear again after 1 year and the signal is still the same. Very low. seems like they have not improved on their towers. i called customer service, the guy was stupid. very non professional. he asked me to test the speed using some test speed site. it shows 1.6MB download and 0.07MB upload to which he said its acceptable. I told him its is not at all acceptable. I'm paying $45.00 for service with no caps on speed and i want to get the speed what I'm paying for. if they don't have this speed then they must change my plan to the lower speed. he put me on hold. came back after 10 min. i asked for supervisor and he put me on hold again. for ever.
