Pros
Worked fine for three months...then went to very slow speed and stayed there.
Cons
Suddenly stopped working, and DLink customer support took a lot of time to wade through, plus they made me pay for the shipping to send the darned thing back to them. The savings over a better modem is not worth the time and trouble of replacing it.
