Cons Asks me to update software every time I try to use it. Did a test from home-Sent a 12meg photo. Took 12 sec via Verizon Fios. Took 545 sec(nearly 9 minutes) via Sprint w/Sierra 598 at 3g with 5 bars of signal strength.That is 45x slower than Fios. Did thi on by mperlst216 | Read full review

Cons Signal connection is very weak. Even if I put near the window,it was still bad. Beside the $59.99 they were charging me monthly, they still charge an extra $5 because I don't foot the bill to a credit card or bank account for automatic pay.
