Compared to the previous Zoom model 5341, this product is in a bigger case with bigger lights, a more powerful power supply, and a handy on/off button on back.
Cons
At $79.99 + tax [+ the $14.00 2-yr insurance policy I got from Best Buy because the 5341 only lasted 1 yr. and 21 days]; Zoomtel.com does not post customer reviews or feedback on it's website; this product cost twice as much as a basic modem.

This product was manufactured to the specifications laid out by Zoom, an American company enjoying all the profits and other benefits of not having to employ American citizens to build it's products. So, the quality of this product may be limited to the life of the previous model, their 5341, which only lasted about one year. ...........
At $79.99 + tax per year, the ownership and use of a Zoom modem seems excessive to me.
