  • "$79.99/year is 2x it's value however, ..."

    Pros: After I registered this product with my cable carrier, it worked most of the time with seldom ever having to reset it.

    Cons: One year and 21 days after I paid $79.99 + tax at Best Buy, this model 5341 modem quit working - with no warning. It left me like a Ford w. no recourse. Zoomtel.com has no feedbacks or customer reviews posted on it's website.

    Summary: Despite this product having been made in China and still costing twice as much as a basic modem, it performed ok, until it was a year old.
