"Unit quit after about 4 months (3 month warranty)"
Pros: I purchased this unit at Staples for $80. I was the most expensive they had there and looked really nice. It fit (with extended adapter) nicely in my Yukon XL. The FM transmitter worked great, good sound.
Cons: I used this unit very sparingly, on road trips...about 10 times in 4 months....the unit failed at 4 months, flashes "DLO" over and over again on display, no sound anymore. Customer service at DLO says "...sorry, cannot help you, cannot replace this"
Summary: Unit was great.....DLO customer service sucks. The "great reviews" of this product now have a smell to them....I will buy a Griffin or a Kensington product...never again a DLO..both of these at least have a one year warranty...Kensington has to to five years....
