Product summary
The good: The Radian iBlast is an affordable, simple, and effective FM transmitter for the iPod Nano; lightweight; charges iPod Nano; decent sound quality and signal strength.
The bad: The Radian iBlast works only with an iPod Nano; no line-in port for other audio sources; display can be difficult to read during the day.
The bottom line: It's not perfect, but the Nano-only iBlast FM is lightweight and relatively cheap, and it works really well.

The iBlast FM (available in white or black) has 200 radio frequency options that you can surf through using the tactile up and down buttons and includes five programmable presets. We'd prefer a line-in port for listening to non-iPod audio sources, and while the LED looks nice at night, it's difficult to read in daylight. But sound quality trumps all when you're talking FM transmitters, and the iBlast FM doesn't disappoint. San Francisco city listening (88.1) was nice, bright, and mostly static-free.
