"Skip the others, buy this one first (and last)."
Pros: No hiss, auto charger included, nice case.
Cons: Automobile holder doesn't seem complete.
Summary: This is the fourth different device I've purchased in order to use my iPod in my car. It's also going to be the last. All three of the previous transmitters (two different Belkin models and one from Macally) that I purchased had lots of hiss in the background. This one is as quiet as a mouse! It's money well spent - especially with the $20 rebate currently being offered. I would have saved about $150 if I'd simply purchased a Pod-Freq first. Included with the transmitter is an auto-charger and an acrylic holder. However, you have to purchase something to attach the holder to. Since I had already purchased a Belkin TuneDok, I simply attached the Pod-Freq to the Belkin one...and then sanded the Belkin down so that the antenna and car-charger fits like a glove. I would have rated this a perfect 10, if only the holder had been a little more robust. However, if the quality of sound is of utmost importance - then it deserves a 10.Updated
The two previous FM transmitters that I purchased were made by Griffin, not Belkin. I bought Belkin's Tune Dok - and incorporated it with the holder from the Pod-Freq...and LOVE it. I've bought other Griffin products that I've been happy with - but when it comes to an FM transmitter for the iPod, the Pod-Freq wins by a large margin.
