"Lasted only One Year (Don't Buy)"
Pros: It has a attractive price.
Cons: I bought this product on christmas in 2004 and exactly one year later the hard drive broke and i lost all of my music. I never dropped or misused this product once.

Pros: Great battery life and affordable price.
Cons: Software is garbage. Transferring is a nightmare. This product has been known to die in a matter of months. Though Dell is good at a timely no-questions asked replacement with a "refurbished model" it is usually garbage. Working on my third replacement. S

"I was Dell DJ before Dell DJ was cool."
Pros: Excellent battery life, creating playlists is a breeze, easy to use, load up, and organize. Of course, the price.
Cons: Mine crashes every now and then. Also, when I am using it when working out, it sometimes does this weird "skip" thing. Sometimes I'll hear a snip of the previous track that was playing.
