"Great product with great software but not without its quarks"
Pros: Great software including drag-and-drop data storage, easy to create playlists both on the computer and on the fly, and trouble free transfering. The included case is very nice and all functions are accessable with it on except the charging port. backlight
Cons: 3 days after purchase the battery charger crapped out. other than that i have had no problems with it. side scroll button is a little hard to get used to and sometimes doesnt respond when pressed down.

I need to know if the creative nomad jukebox xtra 30GB does charge on USB?and if the buttery is dead when connect to USB nothing happened, is this normal? please help

If you can tell the rest of us how to create playlists "on the fly" --if you're meaning on the Jukebox itself.
