"You get more than you pay for."
Pros: Simple to use, plus half the price of the ipod of the same storage capacity. Replaceable battery
Cons: OS is a little buggy, just a little bit bigger thatn the ipod
Summary: I have owned my Jukebox for over a year and have had very few problems. I did purchase the replacement plan for it, mostly because it is supposed to allow me to upgrade to the newest model at the return value of the jukebox plus additional cost. That asside, I have only had to return it once due to a loss of sound from one headphone, however that issue was due to me continuously putting stress on the headphone jack. If you take care of the device like you should an electronic device with a hard drive then you will have no issues with this product. make sure to use the software that comes with it for music transfer. DO NOT USE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER TO TRANSFER YOUR MUSIC!! If you transfer with the creative software, you can transfer over 20GB in a couple of hours, the same amount of music transfer through Windows Media Player can take several days, to weeks.
