"If you're on a budget, this player is for you"
Pros: Inexpensive!! Need I say more?
Cons: Weight, Dimensions, Not many features
Summary: Bottom line, this is a good player w/ great storage capacity that won't break the bank. This was my first mp3 player and I'm still using it, and based on its satisfactory performance and affordable price, I don't think that I'll ever make the switch to the IPod. Granted, I certainly have complaints that I'm hoping Creative Labs will address in future models.
First, something needs to be done about the organizational features of this device. They are atrocious! The tagging features (obtaining info. about songs and files from the Internet) don't even come close to IPod's, there's just no comparison. The only way you'll get to listen to your cds in their original order is if you rip the tracks directly from the cd (and even that doesn't work always). If you're transferring mp3s, forget about it. They'll end up in alphabetical order--even if the song's tag information is complete.
Second, the time it can take to scroll through artists and songs with the black button on the side can be cumbersome. Creating and adding songs to playlists is difficult too. I'd recommend doing that on your pc.
Finally, as with most small electonic devices, it's not very durable. I dropped mine onto my carpeted floor last year and suddenly the headphone jack was broken, which resulted in the music cutting in and out. Luckily, I sent it in to Creative Labs and they were very responsive. I thought I'd have to buy another because it wasn't covered under warranty anymore, but they sent me a new one within a week and didn't charge me a dime.
Nevertheless, I like it because it's reliable and cheap..just be aware of your priorities before committing to buy it.

I have found my Jukebox to be extremely durable. I've dropped it many a time down my friends concrete stairs, out of my pocket on the bus, and even as I'm just walking down the street. Music still plays perfectly and nothing important has been damaged. Of course there are a few scratches, but the screen has remained in almost immaculate condition, the buttons are fine, and all ports work fine too.
Durability is not an issue, but size I've found, is.
When I got my MP3 about 2 years ago this Christmas, I was really happy, and didn't think it to be too large, but there are much smaller ones (granted, with much less storage capacity) for a cheaper price. I've been asked more than once if I was carrying a tape player in my pocket.
Reducing the size and keeping the price would be great.
