Pros: You know, reading these reviews is like listening to the Republicans rip the Dem's. Would ya chill? Since I didn't cut my teeth on computers, and am tied to pc's, I don't know jack about the next cool file format, I just know what worked for me . . . a
Cons: For the @x#! life of me I haven't been able to get iTunes or any of the other pay-for-song sites to work with Creative players. I think it has to do with the file format they use to limit the number of copies you make. I understand there are peer-to-pee

Pros: I bought a Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 30GB player from Singapore and something happened to it. Creative Shipped accross a new piece for replacement to me all the way to India, even though they were not obligated to do so. They did so without asking me any que
Cons: They need to figure our what happened to my player as it just stopped working. But they replaced it anyway!

Pros: I read all about the HD MP3 players online before buying - including all the bad press on the Zen Xtra - I just could not pass up the idea of having a portable 60GB of music! One reader said it best - a lifetime of music - in the palm of my hand. I have
Cons: Okay - so the LCD is a little small and the shuttle-jog button could be a little more 'sturdy' by I'm not Arnold Schwatzenager - so I treat it like all my toys - with due care and it's fine.
