"Quality is skin deep"
Pros: It is an Apple product. Apple is renowned for their wow factor and usability.
Cons: Let's list them: 1) My particular problem was that the iPod's hold switch broke. Upon investigation I learned it was due to poor design - weak plastic parts and sharp angles make the design a problem waiting to happen. It is obvious that in this case lo
