"Love the look and functionality of my iPod Mini - if only the battery would last a little longer"
Pros: Outstanding playlist options; compact design; plenty of fun and handy extras.
Cons: Underwhelming battery life; no FM radio; no line-in or mic recording; sometimes hard to turn off.
Summary: The small size and handy features of the iPod Mini makes it my MP3 player of choice. Even though it has much less storage capacity than the regular iPod, its increased portability makes up the difference. 4GB still means thousands of songs, and the iPod's great playlist makes it easy to make a personalized mix tape, no matter what my mood.
Once small glitch I have found is that I sometimes have trouble turning the player off. When I hold down the play/pause button, it occasionally shuts off and then turns right back on when I let go of the button. And, so far, I've been less than overjoyed by the battery life. I have yet to time a full charge, but it seems like the battery icon is half full after just an hour or so of use.
Those minor qualms aside, I can't imagine life without my iPod Mini. It's become a key part of my morning and evening commute. I'm even getting better at playing the iPod solitaire game!
