Summary: The underlying problem for Apple is that it does not have engineers, nor can it retain engineers or anyone with a real education in a relevant field. What is worse is that it has wannabe pretend-engineers whom, as I have discovered, are dropouts from accounting school, or even high school! (eg. their Graphics/Color "technologies" department, their "Hardware" department, etc)
They find off-the-shelf products on the web and ask a Taiwanese company like HTC to throw it together for them. Then they design a cute plastic box around it. A few of the crApple employees who are in the "super secret cronies" circle try it out for a couple of months and they say "yup it works". Steve Jobs (who is a high school dropout himself), goes on a stage and makes it sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread and of course they invented it all. CrApple's bribed media friends in *ew York Times etc, etc etc create a huge amount of hype with story lines like "crApple sells 1.9 Trillion iCraps" and then the cycle begins again as there are 100 i'Tards born every minute to replace all the disgruntled fools who paid $899 for an iCrap.
...And don't get me started on how simply visiting a certain web site with a certain PDF document automatically Jailbreaks your iCrap!
