"Sleek and light" on by hjfok

Pros: Very sleek design, fit great in pocket or purse

    Cons: Small screen

Summary: I bought this for my wife last Christmas. And it works great, able to store tons of music and photos. Although the screen is small, it is very sharp and bright. You can actually see the details of the photos. But it is way to small to watch videos. Even the regular iPods are too small for watching movies. This one fits perfectly in my wife's purse and around her arm when she works out.

"Great! Works Like a charm!" on by Ladyemerald

Pros: VERY SMALL & lightweight , good picture quality, great sound quality

Cons: i dont really have a reason to dislike it, other than i'm sure it may scratch easy, idk

Summary: I got this 8gb 2nd gen black nano to replace my 2nd gen 6 gb pink mini because best buy had to replace it, and i cant say i miss my mini. it is DEFINANTLY a big step up from a clunky hard drive mini, or the iriver h10 (i know its old, but my parents got one and they swear its the greatest and well, its not) you've got to admit, nano packs alot of punch for its size, having more quality than its big relative the mini who had less qualities, big, no color, and a harddrive (i know i already mentioned these) but i just love my nano. when it comes to setting up microsoft mp3 players and adding music, i've been trying for 2-3 years trying to figure out how to do things for that iRiver (because my mom is technology retarded) and i cant guarantee a song is on there after i attempt to put it there, and its so hard to figure the damn thing out, but the apple itunes? so easy to sync photos and music in a snap! if i had to choose between that hulk called zune and a nano (best buy tried to push a ugly zune on me) i'd choose the nano. i'm sick of people trying to be like "oh it has radio, it has video, you can "squirt songs" it has blah de blah de blah!" WHO CARES! why would you listen to the radio when you've got every song YOU WANTED on your ipod that you can pick at your own whim?! wasn't that the point of mp3/ipod players? gosh! yeah i kinda sorta wish i had video but then again i dont. i really dont even care about the pictures i can put on there, i only have like 3 and i still have like 6 gigs left. the point is, this thing rocks, its not the god of all players, but like i said, for being a runt that it is, having the things it does have is A BIG plus!
