Pros: When 5 of them in a row don't work there are NO PROS !!!
Cons: Not one of the five I had lasted longer than 2 hours each before freezing up. Nothing any of the guru's at Circuit City could do could get them to work.
Summary: I don't know how many times one is supposed to give an expensive product the chance to WORK properly as expected. I gave the Apple iPod Photo 30g "5 chances". That's right, "5" new iPods right of the box all failed within the first 2 hours or less. Everybody has their limits and I think "5 chances" is proof of exceptional wishful thinking for giving the damn thing to work as advertised. Unfortunately there are no winners here, Not Apple, Not Circuit City and least of all Not Me. However, Circuit City did all they could (as they advertise) and exchanged each and everyone one with a brand new one. Finaly they gave me a total refund after my patience ran out for this exercise of futility with the iPod. When they worked, they worked great. But when they quite working, they quite for life after only 2 hours. This is $1,750 worth of iPods that NONE worked in a row... If that isn't enough for you to rationalize it's best NOT to buy an iPod then at least be sure if you do buy one do it where you know they will take it back (exchange or refund) without a hassle.

Summary: There are soo many old things in the "new" ipod photo that I can get from soo many other vendors for so much less and put together with so much more finess... like creative for example. The only reason why I would buy an ipod is when apple's brilliant marketing gets to me...

Pros: could get better if you dont have a cammera it is useless and cumbersome because you have to have another gizmo
Cons: no cammera too many gizmos, it even should have a palm platform installed so you could have everithing in one and a phone.

Cons: This player has horribal sound quality. The color is usless. Acc is a horribal formate
Summary: This player is horriball. Bad sound qualtiy, bad color, way to expenisve, ACC who? horribal formate for music. Terribal support. Dont buy this..people say its great cause there stupid ipod lovers. cnet is the same they are obsessed with it. It is just a cheep player and the old Zen Xtra is better then this. Dont buy this piece of junk.
