"Excellent Product" on by grantgranola
Pros: Physical size, clip, battery life
Cons: Memory, pricey for what you get (but the small form factor is worth it)
Summary: I was in the market of getting a new MP3 player for my workout sessions. I have an iPhone, but I didn't want to use it while exercising, so the Shuffle fit my bill. It's perfect. It's extremely portable, it looks good, and it's durable.

"Please!! DO NOT BUY... You will wish you had not." on by capt1231
Pros: lightweight, easy to use, compact, simple design, in expensive.
Cons: unit only has a lifespan of about 3 months.
Summary: PLEASE!!! Save yourself the time and aggravation. Do not buy!! I originally purchased one and it died a few months later. I lightly used it and did not abuse it. I recharged it when needed, etc.. Because of its price I purchased a second one but this time with an extended replacement warranty. I now have 3 Ipod shuffles that do not work. The software has been updated, have had light usage, they just dont work. When they were new they would notify you that the battery was getting low. Now right after a full recharge the unit will play then just stop with no warning.
