Summary: Same experience as capt1231. The ipod stopped working after 3 months. Even though the unit was only 3 months old, Apple refused to look at it unless I allowed them to put a $60 hold on my credit card. Very bad customer experience...
Apple makes cool products but they are just not reliable ...
