Pros: 4-inch retina display

IPS display(finally!!!)

faster performance

thinner, lighter and a beautiful design

and a unique and handy iPod touch loop

Cons: so far there is only one disappointment...unlike the previous models, the ambient light sensor has been ditched

Summary: this device is great a great alternative for the iPhone 5 for those who prefer only for media consumption rather than text and calls, it is almost identical with the 5 with the exception of cellular capabilities...although there is no ambient light sensor for power saving I just rarely use it in my 4th-gen iPod...
