"Avoid This Product!"
Pros: light, easy to carry, attractive
Cons: Stupid clicking sound, earbuds malfunction almost immediately after purchase. Customer service less than acceptable.
Summary: I bought this product because it was attractive and tiny. However, I regret that decision now! It is hard to scroll for your music especially if you have a lot. The first week after I bought it the ear buds started malfunctioning. No big deal, I bought new ear buds. Then a couple months after the player just stopped working and started an annoying clicking sound. It claimed it could not read the disc. I called customer service and was on hold for more than 30 minutes. Finally when someone came on he was rude. After I sent the player in for repair it took almost a month to return to me. A week after I received the supposed ?repaired? player back, the problem resumed. I am so frustrated. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Archos needs to improve immediately!
