"Not impressed so far, waiting for replacement"
Pros: Small - easy to use interface - some nice features
Cons: Buggy and slow, mini hard drive clicks loudly
Summary: I've had an Archos Gmini 400 for over 2 years and I absolutely love it. So when I decided to get a smaller MP3 player for working out, I didn't hesitate to order the Gmini 100 XS 4GB.
After a month, I started to have problems. It would lock up or be extremely slow in starting to play an mp3. A month after that it started to drop it's connection when songs were being transferred. The list of buggy behavior goes on and on. The unit is now unusable.
Tech support has not made returning the product easy. I registered the product when I bought it which apparently doesn't to mean anything at all. I will send it back, but I am looking at other MP3 players.
