Pros: large screen, fits easily into a shirt pocket, expandable memory using minisd card up to 2 gb sized cards. Windows and Mac compatible?

Cons: loading music is unpredictable = songs are not where you put them. (+) button used for scrolling down a list, works sometimes. have to use (-) to scroll. no firmware updates.

Summary: i have had this player less than a year and found it to be unpredictable and frustrating to load music on to and to scroll through the song list. i bought it since it is supposed to be compatible with both Windows and Mac. Dissappointed with its performance on Windows. can't comment on Mac performance.
