"Good player, great features, really cool design"
Pros: the sound quality is insane, the batterylife is decent considering its removable, transfering music is amazingly easy just click and drag.very compact good looking device. fm radio perfect reception
Cons: price, the jog nobs cause an unnerving friction when you push them.line in recording not the best.

"I searched long and hard for 3months for a mp3 player for my 12 year old daughter."
Pros: Everything has been great with the player, sound quality is the best!
Cons: Ear buds uncomfortable! they also came uneven, directions were bad, a cd & small book came with it but does not walk you thru the installation process or explain anything.
