"Second item which doesn't work"
Pros: I don't know!But I'm amazed from the very fair and quick response of NEWEGG (delivering company). The best customer service I've ever experienced.
Cons: I've received 2 products in a row which didn't work.
Summary: After I've tried many times to download new firmware (what they (Newegg and JetAudio) told me to do), at least I could send them back right ahead, thanks Newegg's excellent customer service. But JetAudio support and service is very strange (Live chat) if you have nerves and time to wait (I've waited 3 hours for somebody to respond).Updated
or Cowon America, whatever!?! They have the worst customer service ever. "Live chat", wich is more "Dead chat".
