"I like the shuffle"
Pros: Small size, pretty good price for the amount of flash you get. You can work out with it. This is the second best player. Sorry the Shuffle is better.
Cons: Doesn't have a built in rechargable battery. You have to use a seperate usb cable. I can't tell you how annoying it is trying to remember to charge extra batteries and trying to find the usb cable.

I personally prefer batteries to built-in rechargeable units simply from an availability standpoint. You can find AAA batteries in virtually any convenient store or gas station on the planet. Also, the player is immediately back online; there?s no lag time while waiting for the unit to recharge. Even with today?s technology, rechargeable units are not perpetual and will eventually need to be replaced. That brings up the point of cost, availability, and who will repair the unit.
I also wonder how much less ?annoying? it is to keep track of the AC charger as compared to the USB cable?
In my opinion, the advanced feature set of the MuVo N200 makes it a much better player and value compared to the Shuffle. -
You mean having removable batteries is a plus, right? Obviously you aren't an outdoor enthusiast or traveler. Effectively doubling the playing time by carrying an extra AAA battery is much, much easier than carrying around a charger or trying to find an AC outlet.
