Pros: When it worked, it was great, but I had it for less than 2 months and it just stopped working. Customer service was unresponsive.

Cons: Lasted all of two months. Never dropped. Just quit.

The battery died when I listening. Put in new battery. Now power up I get "Creative start up screen", the hour glass and then nothing and it powers down again. I have tried many different batteries but can no joy. Plugged into PC, it says "error and cannot read the drive". This is my second player. The first died I think after it got wet, but the player lasted a day before it actually died. This last one has lasted 8 months. Its a bummer because it had the perfect design for me. Single AAA replaceable battery operation. Tiny. Built in USB. FM radio. Drag and drop file (mp3 or other) input. Sucks its durability is lousy.
I now moved to a Cowon Iaudio7. Small, 4gb, 60 hour battery. No replaceable battery or built in USB but I guess I have to compromise my ideal for a better player

I bought one for me and one for my brother (couldn't beat the price -- I think $40 each). They worked grand for 2-3 months, and then my brother's player quit. Mine quit a few weeks later. We both take good care of our electronics, and hardly have anything break. I never dropped mine. Haven't talked to Creative yet... crossing my fingers.

Using it for running, the player continually slipped out of the case and sometimes hit the pavement. I tried using rubber bands to hold it into the case, but it slipped out somehow. Regardless, it WAS a nice player until yesterday. I'm looking for something different tonight.
