Pros: It's small easy to use ands has great sound! In fact everything good that you've read about this MP3 player is true.

Cons: Poor reliability and awful warranty! The package says 12 month limited warranty. But when you look at the fine print, available only on the creative web site, you've only got 3 months warranty on the hardware itself! My MuVo failed after 6 months and n

I have had this product for less than a year and the screen display stopped working. Now I am unable to locate any of my recorded songs or locate FM radio.

well if you're gonna be throwing your MuVo on the floor, it should last longer than 6 months. And so what if it's only 3 months? most electronics warranties are only 90 days!

My first Muvo was the 128 MB version with no LCD. The first version that was the sensation at the time. It was the greatest thing I had purchased in a while and was ecstatic..while it lasted. Mine stopped working after about 6 months. I think it has something to do with the memory, because I can still use it as a memory stick as long as I don't load more than 20 mb, After that it goes crazy. So when I saw the new MuVo's that came out, I was really tempted to upgrade, but was worried about MuVo's reliability. Despite the sour feeling I had, I told myself the main reason my MuVo was faulty was because I had got it on Ebay and seller was probably not reliable. So I purchased my new MuVo tx on Amazon. But my fears came true about 6 months later....again!!! SAME PROBLEM. Creative's warranty policy is a joke. Any other company would replace such malfunctions. I never dropped my MuVo or anything like that. These players are NOT reliable and neither is Creative's warranty policy.
