"SHORT WARRANTY 90DAYS,SHORT LIFE SPAN"
Pros: Creative would have a better product if they backed it up.It has good sound,plenty of memory 12,000 songs,nice leather case,battery life 6-9 hours.
Cons: Creative does'nt believe in their product!If they did they would give a better warranty!90 days is an easy "way out" of dealing with the consumer and backing their product! Freezes always,tech support horrible,not a toll free number,little or no help!

"It's Great for about 5 months"
Pros: It has great features, fast transfers if you purchase the Notmad software, and comes with a carrying case.
Cons: Once you drop it it's good for the trash, doesn't has a stop button, the screen is very small, and very short battery life.
