Pros size, had a good memory size (at the time), microdrive more shock resistant compared to hard drives

Cons buttons hard to press, screen too small, microdrive still too fragile compared to flash memory

Pros Long battery life and unfaultered anti shock. Easy to load music of almost all formats.

Cons little joystick button can be a bit fiddly, screen is a bit old school, and the earphones supplied are poor. Bit big by ipod nano standards.

Summary This is a great mp3 player which I have owned for the last 3 years. It has never once let me down. The usb2 lead loads songs up quickly, and the player, with a decent set of headphones, sounds great. I take the player snowboarding at least 3 weeks a year, and it has yet to skip, break or pause, despite some massive wipeouts. Well reccommended.

Summary I have had this player for more than a year now. I'm big fan of digital music players. and let me tell u, i have never been more impressed by any other player. iPod may be the best player available, but this smart little gadget can do what you want from an mp3 player.it has a good battery life. and simple navigation schemes. sound quality is nearly pefect too. if you use some good microphones with it, then it can give you the music listening experience that you can only expect from some high-end mp3 players. And top it all off, it is very well priced. if i were given the choice to buy an iPod at the same price with same specs, i'd still go for this.
