Firmware updates when done correctly can have adverse effectsSummary: It's a good unit for playing music and is small enough to carry anywhere. Video playback is pretty good so long as you encode the video yourself.
It's definitely a buy if you're looking for a device that's going to be used primarily for audio yet flexible enough to play short videos. However be weary of firmware updates, if the device is working well to your liking DON'T UPDATE IT.
