Pros: The size is great. The features where exactly what I was looking for. Was very excited about this product.
Cons: Had problems immediately. The Zen locked up frequently, the battery life is not what they state....only got about 3 hours out of fully charged battery. The headphone jack only worked on the right side 3 days after purchase. The battery overheated and th

"Stay away from creative labs"
Pros: Small, good sound, tuner, recorder, works as a usb drive...basically zen micro has everything you need
Cons: my brother and i both got this player, and within 6 weeks both had broke at the earphone piece, this was the exact same problem I had with the creative labs Muvo 1.5gb, so within 2 weeks they sent out the replacement......and the screen doesnt work on one
