Pros: Solid player, great sound, replacable battery (unlike ipod), fm radio, 12 hour battery life, included extras (extra battery, cradle, pouch, wired remote, belt clip, stand), lower price than ipod mini, sleak design
Cons: Only 5gigs, no dedicated volume buttons

"Glad I made Zen Micro my choice"
Pros: 5 GB is a lot of music; compact but not too small; backlighting is nice; sound quality is good; easy to charge and came with a second battery.
Cons: Documentation sucks but if you can find your way around a PC, you can figure it out. Not fond of Creative Media Source software; Zen Micro Media Explorer is easier to use.
