"Buy something else if you want but don't say I didn't warn you."
Pros: Best sound quality of any player on the market (98dB), can play all the music files formats you'll ever need (mp3 and WMA - ipod can't do this one), great build quality in a small package with good software and features and gorgeous look in a choice of fi
Cons: If I have to be picky..... Why won't it store my whole music collection - it'll only stores 3+ days playing time worth of files.

Pros: James Kim got it wrong--it is VERY easy to control the volume without going into a menu. Just brush the center bar in an up direction to increase volume, or in a down direction to decrease volume.
Cons: The human factors instructions in the set up could be dramatically improved, but you can get through it fairly easily.
