"Great product!"
Pros: James Kim got it wrong--it is VERY easy to control the volume without going into a menu. Just brush the center bar in an up direction to increase volume, or in a down direction to decrease volume.
Cons: The human factors instructions in the set up could be dramatically improved, but you can get through it fairly easily.
Summary: The device is marvelous! What engineering!
The human factors instructions in the set up could be dramatically improved, but you can still get through it fairly easily. The storage engine is also a little busy (too many window panes) and could use alternating colored lines to make it easier to see.
