Pros: Size is good, Sound is great. Fairly easy on batteries.(It has no problem with rechargeables)
Cons: Earbuds are a nuisance, Power switch has limited life span,
Summary: In many ways it was a nice, little player. Sound was good, easy on batts. If it weren't for Creative's poor design with the power switch they'd have a loyal, repeat customer. Im moving on to other manufacturers.

Pros: Nice device, easy to configure, software is intuitive and simple, headphones are decent.
Cons: Poor reliability; lousy support.
Summary: Product failed after 3 months, when a RMA was requested, I receive an email explaining I would need to pay approximately 50% of the purchase price (about $30) in order to get it repaired!! A diagnostic fee. It doesn't need a diagnosis, it needs to be replaced.
